Who is the Midwest Collective?
The Midwest Collective is a team of the nation's leading General Contractors committed to constructing communities--building economic opportunities, career growth, and community projects. Experts in mission-critical construction: Whiting-Turner, Layton, Fortis, Weitz, McFarland, and other teams are working together to develop a pipeline of quality trade partners to construct the cloud and cultivate community.

We will assist local trade partners that need support and resources to ramp up and scale to pursue mission-critial projects.

The Midwest Collective connects with firms to provide the training their teams need to evolve and thrive.

Local trade partners who need capital solutions to launch a new project can, with assistance from nationwide partners.
Community Giving
Giving back is how we pay it forward. By partnering with local non-profit organizations to provide donations, volunteers and support the Midwest Collective is constructing community.
